In most cases, we will respond to server failures within four hours. Faulty hardware parts or components are replaced at no further cost.*2 Warranty, What Warranty? All computer equipment, when purchased fully outright, will come with a manufacturer's 12 month warranty. Once that warranty is over, you’re on your own. Most servers will have a working life of around four years so what do you do for the next three years? Bluefly's Managed Server Lease means that your investment is protected against hardware defects for the full term of the lease. Your business won't grind to a halt just because your server may develop a fault. Support requirements outside the maintenance schedule are charged at Bluefly's standard rate. *2 Response may be limited to initial contact following a hardware failure. Resolution or rectification of any hardware faults may take longer, depending upon the availability of parts. Bluefly may, at it's discretion, replace or temporarily substitute a failed server.
